Second Quarter Hawaii Annual Business Reports Due

The state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ (DCCA) Business Registration Division (BREG) reminds businesses to file their annual business reports.

Annual reports due in quarter two (April – June) can now be filed online at The reports must be filed with BREG by midnight (HST) June 30, 2016. Accepted forms of payment online include credit card, eCheck, or through an subscriber account.

Hawaii annual reports can be filed at any time during the quarter in which the annual filing is due. The annual report filing period is related to the business entity’s registration date. The quarters are as follows:

  • First quarter from January – March
  • Second quarter from April – June
  • Third quarter from July – September
  • Fourth quarter from October – December

If your Hawaii annual report was due in a previous quarter, you can submit your filing online with a $10.00 late fee. Any filing more than a year overdue can be filed by mail, email, fax, or walk-in with a late fee of $10.00 per year. Filings can be mailed to: P.O.
